WWE superstar Becky Lynch proved a smash hit at the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC).
The reigning WWE Raw Women’s Champion spent a morning with children and families at Al Jalila Children’s Hospital where she took part on kid-friendly fitness activities and led a fun workout session.
It formed part of a series of activities the world-famous wrestler took part in, including a visit to Dubai International Academy – Al Barsha, where she spoke to students and put them through their paces with an exercise routine.
And on Saturday the 32-year-old, who is originally from Limerick in Ireland, led a session at the Etisalat Main Stage in the Kite Beach Fitness Village.
In an interview with Sport 360, she said: “If I can encourage people to work out and find some fitness, not only does it improve your physical health, but also your mental health and I think 30 minutes, for 30 days is so achievable, anyone can do it.”
