  • Businesses below SR40m (10.7m): submit Q3 2025 VAT returns by October 31

How to file

ZATCA urged taxpayers to file promptly via zatca.gov.sa or the official smartphone app.

Penalties for late filing

Late submissions incur penalties ranging from 5 per cent to 25 per cent of the tax due.
