Elite Group To Open $27m Facility In Dubai Industrial City

Elite Group to develop AED100m ($27.2m) Dubai Industrial City facility as it looks to boost UAE automotive and e-commerce sectors.
Elite Group Holding has signed a musataha agreement to develop a 1 million square foot integrated facility at Dubai Industrial City.
The new facility, worth AED100m ($27.2m), will drive growth in the automotive and e-commerce sectors, reinforcing Elite Group Holding’s commitment to innovation across its diverse business portfolio.

The project’s agreement signing ceremony at Dubai Industrial City, one of TECOM Group’s 10 vibrant business districts in the city, was attended by Saud Abu Alshawareb, Executive Vice President of Industrial at TECOM Group and Tamer Abu Khalaf, Partner of Elite Group Holding.
The facility, expected to be operational in Q2 2026, will serve as a central hub for Elite Group Holding’s operations catering to both domestic and international markets.
Elite Group Holding’s subsidiaries include The Elite Cars, a luxury automotive dealership in the UAE, with exclusive automotive partnerships with brands including Danish supercar manufacturer Zenvo Automotive, leading SUV brand, Jetour, the emerging modern, urban SUV brand, SOUEAST; ZRT Contracting and ART Elite Car Rental, among others.
