Kuwait Condemns Iranian Aggression Targeting Bahrain

Kuwait's Ministry of Foreign Affairs called it a dangerous escalation and flagrant violation of international law, threat to the security and stability of the region

Kuwait's Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement today, expressing the State of Kuwait’s strongest condemnation and denunciation of the Iranian aggression targeting the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain, calling it "a dangerous escalation that constitutes a flagrant violation of international law and a threat to the security and stability of the region".

The statement added: "The Ministry reiterates the State of Kuwait’s categorical rejection of these aggressive practices, stressing the need to halt them immediately and to spare the region further escalation and tension. The State of Kuwait also affirms its full solidarity with the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain, its support for all measures taken by Bahrain to preserve its security, sovereignty, stability, and territorial integrity."
